Return/Cancellation Policy
Returns:
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee or Item Exchange to any customer that receives a product that is DOA, defective, or damaged and otherwise not working.
Return guidelines and Procedure:
- The customer must notify us through our customer service section of this product defect within the 14 day period in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price or an even item exchange.
- The customer will also be responsible for shipping the product back to us for us to determine that it is in fact defective (address can be found in the customer service section). *If you provide a receipt for the return shipping cost we will refund that money as well.
- After we have determined that the product is defective we will either send the customer a full refund of the purchase price by check or through Google Checkout or if the customer elects to receive an even item in exchange for the bad one we will send that to the customers address on file.
- Finally, when the customer contacts us through the customer service section they must write “Wish to make a Return” in the subject line of the email or in their phone call. Also, the customer must mention whether they would like to receive their money back or do an even item exchange.
- The address to ship the defective item back to can be found in the Customer Service Section.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before we charge the customers account for their order. Be mindful that order processing only takes 1-2 days so the customer must contact us shortly after purchase if they wish to cancel their order. You can contact us through our customer service section.
